I sent two e-mails to Dell asking if there was a way to recover my product key or receive a new product key but received no response. I went to My Dell Downloads to download it again and the only program listed there for my computer was McAfee. Select the version of Office youre trying to reinstall and follow those steps: Microsoft 365 or Office 2021. Thats assuming that there isnt any licensing issue. If you dont see Office on your device after doing a Recovery in Windows (also known as Push Button Reset), you must reinstall Office by following the steps in the ReadMe file that was copied to your desktop after the recovery completed. Start using an Office application right away by opening any app such as Word or Excel. Follow the instructions in the window, for example Click Start > All Apps to see where your apps are, and select Close. Then restart you pc, add your work account back and then open Word and it should automatically find and associate with your work account. Office is installed now' and an animation plays to show you where to find Office applications on your computer. However, there was no version of Office on this new version of Windows that I had to install. Along with removing your work account you may have to clear any Office 365 cached credentials in the Windows credentials manager.
